Played in a band back in the 60's and just for kicks the lead player and I would just jam in a red neck bar. They loved it.

Our whole band played in another whiskey bar, 5 sets. The owner told us no one will dance until they get drunk so we decided to lead off with a tune that was tricky to dance to. A black couple got up and fast danced and the rest of the white people got up and danced slow to it.
