He looked very stoned for that White Room appearance, too. But he was still able to sing perfectly.

He's said that there are a number of TV appearances and concerts he can't remember. And at least one album (Heathen Chemistry, 2002). Noel had cut back on drugs and alcohol long before Liam did.
