What scares the GQP-controlled Arkansas legislature is that the people in Arkansas has passed initiatives in the recent past that the legislature's GQP's masters did not approve - like medical marijuana.

It's a damned site cheaper to buy a small state legislature than to finance a state-wide campaign.
