12. I remember my Grandmother taking me to a restaurant back in 1967 or so

I was fascinated with the sugar packets that had the phrase "Talk Arkansas Up". I had no idea what it meant at the time, but apparently it was part of Win's campaign to move the state past its hillbilly image. But that didn't stop the Today Show from focusing on the hillbilly image in its Bicentennial salute to the state in 1976. My mom was quite upset about that
