Shreveport, LA NWS has always had a problem getting really local when not dealing with parishes.

I am surprised they just didn't say South Arkansas west of El Dorado. But they sport better than Little Rock as LR radar really can't see that far south and south Arkansas is in the perfect place for the Shreveport radar.
