Tuesday through Thursday, and then WFH on Monday and Friday. Seems to be working very well and people seem fine with it.

I relocated in June 2023 and now WFH full time and I'll admit, I kind of wish I was closer to the office so I could go in a few days a week. I miss seeing my colleagues in person.
