have you seen the GOP/Trump plan?

If a bridge needs rebuilt or even built, the taxpayers put up 90% and the developer puts up 10%, when the project is over the developer owns the bridge, he can put a toll on the bridge. Down the road when the bridge needs repairs the developer can just walk away.

Their plan is just like we do with sports arenas and stadiums.
