the neighborhood I lived in for roughly 40 years), it was sold to the first person who looked at it. So it was over and done w/ in literally 1 day, the first day it was on the market. We had no idea. Perhaps the same thing will happen to you, and the best thing hopefully to happen afterwards, is that you get a follow-up place you want soon!
