I actually moved here because of my partner. She has a job that she cannot leave here at the moment, but we wanted to live together so it only made sense that I move. And honestly, I was over Kansas City anyway so I figured it might as well be me. Plus, having visited here not too long ago, I realized that it is quite lovely out here and that it is my kind of place.
I do not mind commuting a little bit, I'd be willing to do an hour each way. I'm thinking Hartford might be the best place to start looking. But honestly, I'm willing to do anything for the time being.
And that is awesome that your dad is moving out this way! Also, sorry about your uncle. Lol We all have them in our family.
