Actually, the WWE banned "chair shots" several years ago, but that comes too late for many wrestlers.

This man will become the poster boy for CTE among pro wrasslers someday. It won't all rest on WWE, however, as he had a brutal stint in ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) prior to being brought aboard by Vince McMahon.
