14. Do children normally have ID?

I don't think I had ID before getting a driver's license. I had a US passport but didn't carry that around with me when I was a teen.

For any DUers who don't know, Union Station basement is a fast food court popular with high school students who meet up for snacks after school. Also popular for school students visiting DC on field trips. Union Station is a major transit hub for metro, buses, commuter rail, etc.
