So, this cruel man strangled the woman--perhaps the mother of the juvenile?? in front of the child.



............The woman told deputies that when she confronted Rosale about the alleged animal abuse, he became physically aggressive and choked her with his hands.

A juvenile at the residence witnessed the incident and corroborated the woman’s account, the sheriff’s office said.

Investigating deputies then found a noose in the backyard.

St. Lucie Animal Control was called to the scene and took custody of the dogs at the residence.


Delfino Rosales was arrested and charged with battery by strangulation, animal cruelty and child abuse.(St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office)
