called "Someone Named Eva". It was a fictional story about the brainwashing and replacement of kids with Aryan features to Nazi families. The content was fine but one night she grabbed the book to read in bed and I saw the cover. Behind the girl on the cover was a flag with a swastika on it. You couldn't see the whole thing but you could tell what it was. I was livid.

For the next hour I crafted an email to the teacher and principal. My child will NOT carry that around. The fact that she was going to a predominantly Jewish daycare was not the only reason. I put a piece of tape over the swastika the next morning and they provided her with another copy that had a different cover.
