She wins the case. Good for her.

I am white but one car wash I went to,the old man came out yelling that he did not know what I did to cause the machine to not work. I did nothing,machines do mal function.I spoke to the manager the next time I went in. He kind of laughed it off,like that is the way he is.

The second time he came out yelling at me again. My credit card did not come out. He did it the third time. I go to car washes all over the area with no trouble at all,even those with tracks.

This car wash is close but I will drive further to have it done. I waited until I cooled down for a couple of weeks,then went on their site,gave details and my age. It went to the BBB and I was thanked,they published it in comments.

You have to fight back from any discrimination. In my case I was a paying customer
