2. A couple of years ago, 60 Minutes had a segment about the mental health crisis in this country

One of the women shared her story about her 16 year old daughter who had been admitted to the hospital for observation. The child told her mother “I see blood running down the walls in my room”. The hospital still discharged her.

They said she didn’t present any imminent danger to herself or others. Adam Lanza”s mother had the same problem, they would send the boy home.
