John Barrow (D) One of the 7 Democrats voting for H.R. 368 [View all]
Has anyone found an explanation why any Democrat would vote to restrict anyone but the Majority leader from voting for a clean funding bill? Much less a Democrat from Georgia. I've looked and found nothing.
