His transition team reached out to the boards and told them to prepare budgets with a 20% cut in funding this year, followed by an additional 10% in 2016.
He's also stacking the board of SIU (and probably others) with cronies.

This stings as my 17-YO is vying for the SIU Chancellors Scholarship, which is a full ride. Looks like he may be better off going out of State.
Miami of Ohio has offered him $64K over 4 years, which is odd since Ohio also has a wingnut gov.
