7. My Wife & I Saw One Thursday

She had a specialty dental appointment in Plainfield, IL. We saw one on IL59.
There was one downtown in the city where I grew up, but it closed decades ago.
It was a hot spot for college kids because: a) They had tacos, which weren't on every corner in those days, and; b) They were open 24 hours.
Our coffeehouse trio would play at a college 50 miles away, the drive home. It would be 12:30 or 1 in the morning, so we'd go straight there, get 3 tacos a piece, then head back to the dorms.
