for 60% more than what the state received for it eight years earlier. This was a distressed sale coming out of a bankruptcy (also would be interesting for a forensic accountant to go through where every dollar actually went on that original deal - I suspect most of it went into the dealmaker's pockets and a portion got kicked back to those who allowed the original sale.
