Dem. Gov. candidate Gregg unveils infrastructure plan that wouldn’t raise taxes [View all]

GARY — John Gregg, Democratic candidate for governor, on Wednesday called for investing $3.2 billion in Indiana’s infrastructure as a long-term strategy over the next 10 years, without raising taxes.

It also proposes investing in sidewalks, green spaces and other projects to improve the quality of place and livability of communities across the state.
