The man's certainly a creep, but ... Are the people that drop off religious tracts preaching end times and hellfire (which message I consider threatening and despise to the depths of ..) committing 'hate crime?' Is it crime if they target my house knowing I'm an unbeliever?

I really don't have a problem with bringing charges - but I'd be surprised if this goes anywhere in court.
