1. Where's the money?

A baseball stadium n Kansas sounds good but who pays for it? As a Kansas resident myself, I'm indifferent towards the idea until the matter of financing is settled. Single use stadiums rarely break even. Then there's the matter of parking. The most probable location will be in the bubs where real estate doesn't come cheap. It's difficult to accept subsidizing billionaire owners and multi-millionaire players at the expense of taxpayers.
