Election dispute in Wyandotte County centers on residency and eligibility [View all]
WYANDOTTE COUNTY, Kan. — There’s a new challenge to last week’s election in Wyandotte County.
On Monday, activist Cece Harlin filed an emergency petition in Wyandotte County Court challenging both the August primary and last week’s general election.
Harlin claims the law was unfairly and improperly applied.
“I feel like we should be treated fairly. I have a right to run for office,” she said.
