Holy shit, really? No replacement ideas, no solutions, no imagination? From a Republican?
I'm stunned. I have to lay down. 
Someone (a Democrat perhaps) should point out that Kentucky's uninsured has dropped 61% since 2010. They're one the great success stories of Obamacare, and killing it would harm Kentucky tremendously.
