The next time Trump makes a demand on Trudeau, he should activate his inner Michael Corleone:

"Here's my offer: Nothing. We will not even renew our existing trade agreements with the United States. And I would appreciate it if you would personally gift to Canada the following:
Michigan
northern New York State
Manhattan
Miami Beach
We'll also like Mar-a-Lago--as a personal favor to a relative of mine. And I'd like the transfer of that property completed by this coming Monday if you don't mind..."
