2. What should be the ideal goal for racial mix of a new development?

Should it reflect the racial mix of the region, state, country?

Should it reflect the racial mix of the very local postal zip code?

Should it reflect the racial mix of the small area within the larger zip code?

How significant is the percent-mix in a development of 35 units? And, what's the remedy? If the white residents win their suit, which of them will be evicted to make room for residents of color?

Seriously? 35 units?

And, the zip code may be 80% black, but the smaller areas of Indian Village and West Village are more like 50/50.
