1. Of course the ban would not include CONCEALED weapons, I mean why we would want that?

Obviously the people concealed-carrying them don't want them to be seen, so ... we can't just bust them for it. That's impolite.

(yeah I know they mean people with concealed permits ... I don't care unless they're LEO in some capacity).
