1. This is what happens when DOJ waits a year or more

before investigating crimes. DOJ had to know way back when those original documents were sent to the Archives. The Michigan SOS had to send a criminal referral to DOJ to do something and it still waited months.

Waiting to investigate is a terrible strategy. people destroy evidence and have time to get their stories straight.
