Frey isn't an emperor. He has to learn to govern democratically. So far he's been useless. While my neighborhood burned, he did nothing. Thankfully, Walz stepped in. My opinion of Frey was solidified then. Then he sat back while the police refused to respond to calls. He's done nothing about that or their excessive use of force and killings, behavior so bad the feds have stepped in--again.

And I voted yes on 2. Despite the crime, I like my city.
