AG is thinking.. of whether to appeal the abortion decision [View all]
whether, as the AG he is expected to defend Minnesota laws including the ones restricting abortion that were found unconstitutional.
May not be duty bound.
On the other hand, it has been 50 years since Minnesota had an R AG...
