LAS VEGAS (KSNV) The National Finals Rodeo will not be held in Las Vegas this year, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott confirmed on Twitter Tuesday evening.
Gov. Abbott said it be held at Globe Life Field in Arlington but organizers have not announced the temporary relocation. ... "This event belongs Texas," he said.
The rodeo has long been held at the Thomas & Mack Center since moving from Oklahoma City in the 1980s.
