1. It's just one aspect of how laws are applied differently to those with or without money

People who have minor infractions on their record have a hard time finding a decent job. The way HR operates it’s easy for them to put a couple filters in place to get the number of applicants to a smaller number. People who have one of those filters attached to their name never even have a chance to be considered.
