I'm guessing the tracker has been there a while and someone wanted dirt on her before November 8th. Turns out...maybe she doesn't do the sort of things Republicans do in their spare time?

Seems that she found out who put it there, now she just has to get a judge to force the private investigator to reveal who hired them.
