3 - 17:00 Ticket and Entertainment fees. Tickets fees can be 40-60% more than face value. Mandatory drinks over $20 each and gratuity add-ons.
2 - 19:38 Gaming Fees and Reduced Payouts. Backjack change from 3:2 to 6:5 payouts. Some casinos charge a Per Hand fee to place a bet. Diminished slot payouts.
1 - 22:33 The Vegas Premium. Death by 1,000 cuts. The whole experience bleeds visitors everywhere they go.

I was last in Vegas 20 years ago. I didn't recall all of these fees. I see them in casinos in Philadelphia and Atlantic City so I'm sure if you are a captive audience in Las Vegas, it'll be much worse.
