The idea is that DU has a number of state-specific forums where people can talk about state-specific issues.

This forum is for "New Jersey". So, in the context of a post discussing marijuana law - which is different in various states - the assumed context in the New Jersey forum is that we are talking about New Jersey.

Now, New Jersey is also known as "The Garden State". But if you have marijuana in your garden in New Jersey, you are going to the pokey.
