The only one for which I have reservation, is Spiller. He is under criticism for taking health care benefits for which he is not qualified. He is a part time mayor of Montclair, N.J. He received health care benefits even though he worked less than the 30 hour per week requirement.

The Republican mayor of Wildwood was prosecuted for the same offense - receiving health benefits for which he was not qualified. The Ledger has questioned why Spiller gets to "skate" under the same circumstances.

Spiller makes a "shit-load" of money as president of N.J.E.A. I believe it is over $400k. He does not need the state health care benefit.
