1. Interesting. Our housemate died in 2001. Since then, we have received ballots and voting information in the mail.

I have sent them back with the outside envelope marked , return to sender, deceased.

this year I sent it back with a letter advising that she died and cannot vote. "If there are future changes in her condition of being deceased, I will contact you. In the meantime, you might consider not spending money on postage and remove her name and address from her voting list."


Let's see if I get anything next year.
