People refuse to comply. And then these same idiots scream the loudest about the Covid spike and "See, mandates don't work." And I'm the one who wants to scream at them - in the grocery store, Walmart, everywhere. And often the employees are un- or improperly masked. Our county has been among the worst - state and national.
