office behavior as just an older man from a different generation where office flirty compliments were the norm. Just look at all the romantic movies made during the 60s, 70s and 80s. We all cringe now but it was unfortunately the mindset of those days. Cuomo was just an outdated flirt and I don't think he knew, or "got it." Then the right on Trump's behalf pushed the issue to destroy Cuomo because Trumps ego was bruised because we all loved Cuomo for helping us get through the pandemic together with pertinent information.
