to be removed from the ballot. So Adams and Silwa will be on the ballot whether they like it or not. No way Cuomo gets all of the Adams votes. Many will go ahead and vote for Adams if he is on the ballot.

Likewise, if Silwa quits, his name is still on the ballot, so most Republican voters will still vote for him.
