What is the poverty rate in NC? What is the welfare aid, compared to states that actually try to help their poorest? And, for that matter, what is this hyped crap that WRAL is running? Who are they trying to appease? It looks to me that most of the Tarheel state is just trying to survive. To say that the people are just happily going back to their wage slavery comes off as major rethug garbage to me. As if they want to drum into the population that our screwed and skewered economy is the only one that works best. Garbage.
