I did undergrad work at Mars Hill then grad school down at Carolina in Columbia. Had friends at App State in Boone, Banner Elk and Western Carolina.

You are right. A blue oasis in a sea of red. That's why I like Asheville so much!

Good for Starbucks in Boone!
