it will be interesting to see what happens with the added/shifted seats here in the east.
The ones that Deminpenn mentioned included the 151st in Montco which was redrawn and looks like this (taken from here) -

This was the old map -

It looks like the new district now includes Ambler. From the state voter registration stats, I found this for the 151st -
151 MONTGOMERY (D) 22981 (R) 17192 (O) 7762 (T) 47935
Sub Total (D) 22981 (R) 17192 (O) 7762 (T) 47935
There is a slight majority of (D) now plus a good chunk of "other" (unaffiliated, etc) that might be why this is considered "swing" (and the old boundaries had it with a (R) rep).
For the other mentioned, the new 142nd (which would basically become an open seat if the current Rep. Frank Farry won as a State Senator), it has been like pulling teeth to get what the new boundaries are but I expect this is it -

The old map -

The (R) holder of the old district did end up winning as a State Senator for the 6th Senatorial District. The district abuts NE Philly and I know as a kid, we used to go up the Boulevard to the Lincoln Drive-in that was technically located in Trevose, just north of the city line.
The registration for that district is literally almost 50/50 (but then Bucks County has been that way for awhile now and Fitzpatrick just got re-elected to his U.S. House seat, the boundaries of which pretty much includes 100% of Bucks County and a narrow carve-out of Montgomery County along the border between the two).
142 BUCKS (D) 20322 (R) 19859 (O) 7637 (T) 47818
Sub Total (D) 20322 (R) 19859 (O) 7637 (T) 47818
