Red or Blue? I'll let you decide:

Out of 203,744 registered voters, 115,932 are registered Democrats, 72,545 are registered Republicans. Randy Robertson, the Luzerne County Manager, resigned the day after the election. He was from Kentucky, and put in place by the conservative board members. I guess he served his purpose.
