These are the legislators who promised estate tax reform about 2002 (oh wait,that bunch all retired already), property tax reform (but only managed to partner with casino profits for senior tax relief), state store (liquor) reform (competition, sales taxes irregular). These people do not hold jobs. They hold fiefdoms.
