indicate that they would never go to college because all those people do drugs. While at the same time snorting up some crack of popping some meth.

I just can not wrap my head around it. My 40 yr old neighbor with 2 years said he would never let his kids go to college as they would end up gettin non drugs like the rest. Another neighbor (21 m) said the same as he was smoking some crack.
