4. What's with these gotpers and any amendment but #2?

These folks seem unable to comprehend the constitution, or the bill of rights. And btw, the 2nd amendment provided for a citizen militia: that need was superceded by the national guard, but the 2nd amendment was never updated. Gonna need to do that, but how can we afford the risk of a constitutional convention with such ignorant gotpers in the picture?
