It felt so good to vote for Joe Biden, Marquita Bradshaw, and Jim Cooper! [View all]

I was initially planning to vote by mail due to the pandemic but then decided that too many things had the potential to go wrong (including me somehow screwing up my ballot accidentally). I voted early in person. The process was efficient and there were numerous stations for signing in and voting, so no waiting. I had driven by the poll on the first voting day and the first Saturday but didn't go in because there were long lines, but "the third time was the charm." For those planning to vote in person, I strongly encourage doing it early if at all possible. Remember, we had a devastating tornado the night before the March primary, and numerous polling precincts were closed due to electrical outages and/or blocked roads. Freaky things have been known to happen! GOTV like your life depends on it...this time it does!
