...Isn't that against the law to detain someone against their will?
What next? Will we need papers to cross the state line to see Grandma so they can make sure that a woman doesn't get an Abortion? Are these Mothers going to be financially compensated by the state to forcibly give birth? I would imagine that the state will end up with lots of unwanted children who is going to pay for them? I do not here many right wingers screaming to open their wallets to help these women.
