ummm......

....The attorney general’s probe began in February as a result of a Tennessean investigation, published in late January, that found three women who said they received inappropriate text messages from Durham’s cellphone. Durham has told The Tennessean he can’t remember sending such messages and denies sexually harassing anyone.
